Return Policy

RETURNS

Sometimes things don't work out — we're happy to accept returns on any full price garment that is unworn and still fitted with all security tags and labels, within 28 days of receipt.

Please note that return shipping costs are not covered by Soechting. We recommend using your local post office for the best service and a tracking ID.

You'll find return instructions on the returns sheet enclosed with your delivery. If you've misplaced it, reach out to us at hello@soechtingofficial.com and we'll be happy to help.

When completing the sheet, please indicate whether you'd like a refund or an exchange. Some items are not eligible for return — this will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.

Refunds are processed within 2–3 working days of receiving your item and credited back to the original payment method. Card refunds may take up to 10 business days depending on your bank's processing time. 

Soechting is not responsible for parcels lost in transit during the return process.


EXCHANGES

We accept exchanges on any full price, unworn garment with all security ribbons and labels attached, within 28 days of receipt.

Exchanges are processed in 2–3 working days, plus delivery time to your area. Return shipping costs are not covered by Soechting.

You can exchange for any size or item (subject to availability), and we'll send the replacement to you at no extra charge. We offer up to 2 exchanges per item.

If your replacement item costs more than the original, a gift card will need to be purchased for the difference — just let us know at hello@soechtingofficial.com. If it costs less, we'll refund the difference to your original payment method.


LATE RETURNS

We're unable to accept returns beyond 28 days of receipt. Items sent after this window may be returned to you.


CARRIERS

Please use your local post office with a signed-for service and request a tracking number. Please do not use DHL or TNT, as these carriers are unable to deliver to us.


INSURANCE

Soechting insures each purchase while it is in transit to you. All deliveries require a signature, at which point responsibility for the goods passes to you. If your order is a gift, the person signing for the package confirms receipt and assumes responsibility for it.
